Spring ov 2026 sees a new series of recordings from Conny Plankton, based around further explorations with the Nifty Eurorack system: Patched and synced into hardware devices, running alongside VST Synths and mixed with suitably eclectic field recordings, loops and samples. We have atonal voyages, rhythmic onslaughts and alien soundscapes. Enjoy folks!

Grater Scaper

Here we have a series of recordings from Conny Plankton, loosely unified under a common theme of exploring use of the Scaper VST by Sampleson - a great little drone-making VST where granular synthesis can be used to generate drones and soundscapes from samples. So here it is, at work within a series of new mixes, put to use alongside and in sync with numerous VSTs, effects, hardware devices and the Nifty Eurorack. The final mixes take us through sequence-based voyages, atonal soundscapes, and evolving rhythmic patterns.
